God Is Faithful and Merciful

Good morning everyone, when the Lord says to get up and start your day well that’s what you do.

I’m thinking about Daniel Chapter 9 in which Daniel is praying to the Lord. Within his prayer, Daniel notes that the sins of God’s people was great and to make it worse, there was no repentance.

When you get to verse 7, you read these words: “O Lord, righteousness belongeth unto thee, but unto us confusion of faces…”

We are the ones with the problem, not the Lord our God.

The Holy God that we serve, is full of righteousness, and He is a God that cares about His people and shows mercy to them if they would return to Him and cast all their care upon Him. My encouragement to you this morning is to do a personal evaluation of yourself this morning and ask yourself if you are where you need to be with the Lord. The God we serve is faithful, and He hears us when we call upon Him, so what hinders you from calling upon Him this very moment. I say to you this morning, call upon Him while He may be found. He is only a prayer away.

May God bless
